Hello, and welcome to Grace of the Heart Healing! It is my hope that this website serves as a conduit of peace and love, certainly sources of great healing and inspiration...My name is Ann Kiyonaga-Razon and I would like to start your journey here with a poem written several years ago entitled "Who You Are"
Who You Are
across planets and stars you did travel
to seek life on earth, here to unravel
a destiny sweet and full of great fortune
a life of endless horizon, free from distortion
the wisdom of the stars, of infinite space full of the Presence
you did bring these, such intimations, laying deep in your essence
and, as with a hatchling, this knowledge does lie
springing forth in your breath, in your being, in your eye
the delusion of duality, seemingly thick and viscous
to those who remember, eternal solace in the isness
no need to seek and gnash and wail
for duality is but a fairy tale
life is replete with magic and splendour
in the child's gaze, in the slope of the giraffe's neck, sweet and tender
sigh the releasing sigh, let go of the pain
drink in the nectar of life's pure refrain
amidst seeming complication,
what would appear trial and tribulation
touch your heart, feel the earth
find peace in the moment, know your own worth
your essence, your being, can never be muddled
even in doubt, even when befuddled
let go and trust
weep your tears, if you must
the earth will receive them, patiently and with great love
she understands and upholds them, this gift of tears from above
for she knows who you are, even if you might not
you are endless being, that divinity so dearly sought
dear one, take this moment and know who you are
the earth does tell you, as does the star
you are part of all that is, loneliness does not befit you
allow your own greatness, gentle and light like the morning dew
be humbled by this, by your vast expression
by the love that comes from every direction
from the bird, from the baby, from the chorus of grass growing
from the starlight, from the moonlight, from the sun up in heavens glowing
you are this love, this eternal being
let go of not knowing, let go of not seeing

Through my artwork, poems, etc., I hope for this website to confer a greater sense of wellbeing for you. I do offer healing through my "Grace of the Heart Healing," as well. So, feel free to contact me at my email - kiyonaga@bellsouth.net - with any comments and questions. I also teach yoga and help teach part of the Two Suns Rising Yoga Teacher Training (www.didieryoga.com) with my husband, Didier. So, this is a beginning, in terms of a website, but I just wanted to go ahead and get it up and out there (on the web)!
All for now.
Be well.
Namaste,
Ann

Fingerpainting, 2006
Sanctuary
cave of the heart
brimming with
crescent moon, shedding molecules of satin, ivory light
sun, luminous and shrouded in feathered, mauve vaporous clouds
and rivers of primordial feeling issuing up
from deep ravines
of satiated peace
all energies in purest form welcomed
in the cave of the heart
that still place of wonder
in the center of our being
tender and merciful sanctuary
unlike any other

cat decided to visit me
during an outdoor version of Cat Pose!!!
could it be that earth’s creatures are drawn to
these gestures, these movements,
which honor the varied, teeming
life force
abounding in this sphere?
in any event, what a sweet kitty!..
